1. The service
We provide a subscription web application that helps your organisation prepare for certification against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The service produces AI generated readiness scores, draft documents and export packs. It is decision support, not certification, legal advice or an audit.
2. Accounts and teams
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything done by people you invite into your organisation. Keep your password and invitation links confidential. You may remove team members at any time.
3. Subscription and trial
The plan costs US$500 per year per organisation and includes unlimited team members. New organisations get a 14-day free trial; a valid payment card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first annual payment is taken automatically and the subscription renews each year until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the evidence, records and text you upload. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to run the service, including sending relevant extracts to our AI providers to produce scores and drafts. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train public models.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful material, attempt to break or overload the service, resell access, or use it to impersonate an accredited certification body.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for certification outcomes, regulatory findings, or indirect losses.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or remain unpaid. On termination you may export your binder before your data is deleted.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address published on our website.
