Free trial first
Every new organisation gets 14 days of full access before any payment is taken. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first annual payment and we will refund it in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Renewals
Annual renewals are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from the billing page to stop the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, scoring, drafting and exports pause while your binder stays readable. Update your card on the billing page to restore access immediately.
How to request a refund
Write to the contact address published on our website from the email address on the account, telling us your organisation name. We reply within two business days.
