What we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation name), the answers you give in the setup questions, the evidence files and notes you upload, and standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or hold your full card number.
How we use it
To run your binder: score readiness, draft documents, keep your evidence library, and produce exports. To manage your subscription and support requests. To keep the service secure and to meet our legal obligations.
AI processing
Relevant extracts of your answers and evidence are sent to our AI model provider to generate scores, guidance and drafts. This processing happens on our behalf under contract. Your content is not used to train public models.
Who can see your data
People you invite into your organisation can see the shared binder and evidence library. Beyond that, we share data only with the service providers who host our database and files, send our email, process payments and provide AI models.
Storage and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Evidence files are stored in a private bucket and only reachable through short-lived signed links issued to your team.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your subscription is active and for a short period afterwards, so you can export it. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or to send you a copy, using the contact address published on our website.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to keep the app working. We do not run advertising trackers.
